What is A$$ Jockey?

A person who rides another person's ass about something, or won't let go of something. This probably has its origins in Warcraft 3 team play. Presumably it was meant as a non-sensical insult, but later evolved into a useful phrase at LAN parties.
Al: I can't believe you lost to a n00b.
Tim: Stop being an a$$ jockey.
