A term used to denote a suspected rapist. Typical appearance includes a blue wrestling mask with a can of beer in his right hand as bait for the unfortunate prey. Typically seen lurking behind its prey, male, female or animal, usually at carnival type events where his rapist costume goes unnoticed.
