The country way of saying "Don't touch that"! or, "Stay away from that"!. When most people say it, the pitch of their voice slowly rises.
My friend was about to take my plate of fries, when I told him, "Aaaaaant"! The dog was about to lick the food off the plate when I said, "Aaaaaant"!
