What is Aaraan?

When a situation, person or thing is so awesome, it needs more A's as a means of confirming its' status. Can also be used to describe the strong sensation of needing to shit out ones nose during anal sex.
"wow, that butcher was really aaraan, the way he chopped that veal"
"ouch, I can feel the aaraan coming. Get me a tissue Bob!"
