A fraudulent organization founded by a has-been, never will be again Pulaski County native voluntter who refuses to donate money to the jr. achievement Bowl-a-thon. An organization that cares more about watching 'Gleaming the Cube' then they do about helping others. They have been known to withold mileage reimbursement money from dedicated volunteers.
