A very annoying person, so much to the point annoying is too light of a word to classify this person, so you would use Abfrigginnoxious. People like this have very high squeeky voices and talk when they even know people are totally pissed off with them, and yet they go on thinking that on the chance they will be socially accepted. But when they talk regular their voices still give you a headache.
Hannah is so abfrigginnoxious, she's in all my classes and even the teachers wanna beat her up.
