What is Ableyev?

Someone who comes in to work late every day, and asks for a raise, and then leaves the company for not getting one to go work for a guy named Al. Someone who lies to themself about how good of a driver they are. More specifically someone who thinks that if they did not total their vehicle then they did not officially have an accident. Also someone who never listens to anything anyone says.
Generally charectorized by answering a questions with a 5 minute disertation about something that has little or no bearing on the original question that was posed to them.
Wow if only that ableyev would have listened when I told him not to step in front of that elephant.
