What is Abuh Aduh?

A random phrase that can indicate any emotion depending on the tone in which it is spoken. Usually used during an awkward silence or to show indifference.
person one: so, I left him.
(awkward pause.)
person two: abuh aduh.
person one: blah blah blah blah blah... right?!
person two: abuh aduh.
person one: so, I decided that I didn't really want to do my homework, I was just too "abuh aduh" last night.
