noun. An intentional lispthat people who teach college courses develop in order to sound to more pretentiousand pompous. It is like a normal lisp, except that the bottom lipis used and it is intermittent.

It is difficult to pay attention to the lecture due the the instructors horrendously annoying academic lisp.
