Portmanteau of "accident" and "send". Used to describe the sending of an oft defamatory/personal IM/text message/email meant for one person to the wrong person.
Often leads to embarrassment/
"Oh man, I'm so embarrassed. I sent an email talking
shite about Steve TO Steve."
