What is Accordian Band?

a gang of scottish rockers who think its cool to wear super sparkly caps and short skirt. they normally play the accordian in remote areas but are sometimes found playing in homeless shelters. usually have a sing who lays on her back and sings with an imaginary microphone.
Guy 1: Man, did u see Panic! at the disco last night?!!! They looked like a freaking accordian band!!!
Guy 2: Ya i know! I think I could book them in my local homeless shelter!!!
