What is Active [docking]?

Like docking, it involves two, usually homosexual, men where the head of one penis is tucked/hidden in the foreskin of the other. However, the "active" version involves one step further. This is when the "docked" individual uses the foreskin of the other to "masturbate out" both involved parties.
