The act of parking two police cruisers with the driver's sides adjacent so that the officers can converse through the open windows. It originates from a wordplay off the old police TV show "Adam Twelve".

Don't speed going past the Druid Hills exit, they are always in an Adam Sixty-Nine trying to clock speeders.
