Notorious Drug Dealer from the later 1970's most active in the New York Heroin trade. Made Frank Lucas look like Mother Theresa. Also renown for his bigamy, Stevenson had more than 18 wives distributed throughout the Eastern Seaboard. He was finally brought down in a scandal involving an underage Thai male prositute.
