An individual employed in a job whereby their duties are administration based but tedious, repetitive, low-paid and boring, hence a monkey could do it for bananas.
Anna - "I just got a temping job at the bank."
Joe - "What are you doing?"
Anna - "I'm an admin monkey man. I'm gonna spend my whole day scratching my ass, eating bananas, flinging my poo at rude colleagues and typing."
