What is Administroid?

Noun. An individual in an administrative position who is so by-the-book in his/her application of rules, policies, and procedures as to be almost an automaton. Individual might exhibit signs of pleasure or perhaps even glee in conducting administrative tasks in a regimented, bureaucratic manner.
"I've never seen anyone so precise in the way they put together a report; they met the exact word count requested--500 words, no more and no fewer. What an administroid!"
