A Negro who engages in anal sex with dead cats. Origin: in October 1972 NY State Police arrested a man named Alex Smith, after neighbors reported seeing this large black man pick up a rotting dead cat in the alley and proceed to engage in vigorous rectal penetration with the animals corpse. State psychiatrists assigned this term for this relatively rare condition.
