What is Afrimerican?

Afrimerican is defined as," A member of a race of humanity, born in the United States of America, descended from African immigrants, classified and characterized according to physical features such as skin tone, hair texture, skeletal build, (i.e. nose, lips, etc…).
The Afrimerican Word and Definition was conceived, defined, and authored August 1989, and came as a result of extensive research of African-American, Afro-American, Black, Colored, and Negro that revealed these terms had academic, and LEGAL definitions that defined persons born in Africa, that all those terms were/are terms created by others and given to Afrimericans, and that Afrimericans did not have, nor never have had an ethnic term of description and definition that denoted their American birth, as well as their African Ancestry, a singular ethnonativity per being centuries removed from any direct African nativity.
The Afrimerican Word and Definition was created to serve as an alternative term of description that is more accurate academically, legally, and politically correct ethnic/racial nomenclature for persons that have never had such in the history of the United States.
Afrimerican is making history
The Afrimerican Word and Definition is the first term to definitvely describe Afrimericans that was created by a member of the race.
Afrimerican has an academic definition, and a legal definition that match, and not included in restrictive American laws.

When the slavers went to Africa and stole the People, they also stole the land of the people they stole, and they wiped out the tribal identity of said people.
Afrimericans are persons of African descent that are centuries removed from any direct African Nativity, and it could even be said we are a new tribe.
There are over 30 Million Afrimericans in the United States, and it is time we united and claimed Afrimerican Sovereignty.
