Feeling mellow and tired, somewhat out of it like after the munchie period has passed and you are coming down after you smoke a joint.
Bob: Dude, that party last night was wild!! I've never smoked so much weed in my life.
Jay: Yea man, it was good, but I am out of it today...I totally feel after the pot.
