Often used to describe something incredibly bad happening.
I stated this a few years ago, and I just love it when I see it from people I don't know in chat rooms, or on AIM.
Like in beer pong when you are on rebuttal shot and you hit five of the last six cups and still lose. You just got A.F.W.T.I.
