A person who takes the opposite opinion to others regardless the benefit or harm to themselves. Persons marked with Oppositional Defiant Disorder.
The Congress has been taken over by "aginners." If the President says "send less soldiers" they say "send more," if he says "send more" they change their minds and say "send less."
