What is Aica?

A medical condition where in the face particularly the cheeks becomes swollen and enlarged.
The appearance can look the same as those of a malaise.
The affected cheeks are warm and soft to touch, fluid filled like and are bouncy when palpated.
Person 1: I heard Maricar has a
body malaise, particularly
around her face... I hope she's
fine.
Person 2: No, it's not a malaise, it's an
aica!
