What is Aim Bomb?

A complete message written over AIM to a person you know is away from their computer. When that person comes back the message "explodes" in their face, like a time bomb.
Dude: I broke up with Amanda via AIM last night
Other Dude: Musta taken you hours huh.
Dude: Nah, bypassed that crap and left her a big AIM bomb when I saw her go away.
