What is Air Scarf?

When a person passes gas while wearing a longer jacket that covers the buttox. This causes the hot gas to rise inside the jacket and escape around the neck and face area like an invisible scarf of flatulence.
Man, ever since I had tacos for lunch I've been sporting this air scarf.
I've been air scarfing all day! I can't stand it anymore!
Jamen: I much prefer the warmth of an air scarf over a regular scarf anyday, much cozier.
