What is Alex Rant?

An extremely annoying way way to bug the shit out of your friends. It is simply expressing ones views in a fashion that is often described as loud, childish, and annoying.
There are three requirements to an Alex rant:
1) The ranter must be named Alex.
2) The ranter must be extremely fat.
3) The people hearing the rant must not actually care about what is being said.
Person 1: Hey, listen to that Alex rant.
Person 2: It's an Alex rant, why would I listen?
