That girl/boy who struts around school with that too-confident attitude. Has few friends, but there are those random kids who feel the need to worship him/her. That girl/boy who has an answer or remark for everything, even if it's a hypothetical question. Has no idea what their talking about. Someone who's life is going in no general direction because they suck too much.
