What is Altraboss?

The spoonerism of the true meaning of the word albatross:something burdensome that impedes action or progress, but with the emphasis of the boss causing the impediment. Not quite in the Gull Family of Management.

My manager has been a complete altraboss by giving me diffent projects to work on at the same time.
