Fear of graduating or of becoming an alumnus, especially in an uncertain job market and a society in which education is a substitute for titles of nobility.
A lot of 30 something community college students suffer from acute alumnophobia due to a lack of opportunities and the prestige of being a 'student' despite being broke.
