The act of :
Yelling "Alzheimer!" in middle of class while some retarded person forgets something, thus getting 0wn3d by the teacher, and being forced by the teacher to apologize to the retarded person.
The yelling of "Alzheimer!" is usually accompanied by the entire class being extremely silent, resulting in maybe an awkward silence, and rarely, a person reacts to the shouting of "Alzheimer!" by shouting "Fail!" thus exclamating the failure of being funny by the person who yelled "Alzheimer!"
