A rude caucasian female that smokes like a chimney and belittles her subordinates while having a two-fisted vodka session. AM stands for assistant manager while 15 stands for the number of years experience she has. Can often be spotted in liquor stores near FM 1960.
Subordinate 1: Did you see AM15 at the Christmas party??
Subordinate 2: Yes! She sure was drunk!
AM15: What are you GALS talking about?? Get back to work! I'm going to have a cigarette... (leaves)
Subordinate 1: Whew! We were almost over head by AM15!
