What is Amereigner?

A person born in America who is in an American city in which they appear to be a foreigner due to a predominantly non-native population. This should include a language other than English spoken by most people at retail establishments and storefront signs and advertising in a language other than English.
"I would like to be able to tell you if that business is a restaurant or indeed what services are offered at all, however I don't speak Korean so I am an amereigner here in Garden Grove."
