What is Amerra?

A strange and elusive creature which has been searched for numerous times, but is now thought to be extinct. Once it was found, the hunter would most often attempt to tame the Amerra, but this was no easy feat. It would put up a good deal of resistance, and if the hunter were to do something wrong, he would forever lose her. But if the Amerra were succesfully tamed, it's loyalty was unparalell, and it's companionship lasted as long as she breathed.
"I'm lonely lately, and wish I could find myself an Amerra... It's really too bad they're all gone, eh?"
