What is Amish-style?

The act of copulating through a hole in a sheet; often due to the fact that one does not want to physically see the person on the other side of the sheet.
Sometimes confused with brown-bagging (placing a brown paper bag over someone's head) amish-style is an evolution that covers the entire body and negates all physical view.
"Oh man, that chick I picked up at Country Bar last week was so ugly I had to do her Amish-style!"
