What is Amtgard?

A LARP (Live-action RolePlaying Game)/sport utilizing safely foam padded weapons to simulate midieval/fantasy melee combat and magic use. Originated in Texas and has since spread throughout the U.S. and other continents.
"Is that a gang fight in the park?"
"No, that's foam, not baseball bats. That's the local Amtgard group"

Teens, and adults alike, who live in a fantasy world of their own invention. Somewhat like D&D, but this is a LARP game (Live Action Role Playing), so these people get to actually beat on each other with foam covered clubs. Most get erections while beating each other, and have to sneak off behind a bush to please each other. Usually the domain of fat, outcast children and adults. Training ground for serial killers, and the kid who spits in your fries at the drive through.
