What is Anally Penetrated?

A term used when a person has totally owned something, or done really well. Usually used in reference to a test, sport, or other personal trial. The term can be reversed to imply failure.
"Dude, how did you do on that test?"
"I totally anally penetrated it, I got a 99%!!"
or:
"How was your hockey game?"
"Ugh, we lost 0-11, the other team totally anally penetrated our goalie!"
