Andalusia is an autonomous region in the South of Spain. It borders with Extremadura and Castile-La Mancha in the North, the Mediterranean and Atlantic Ocean in the South, Murcia and the Mediterranean Sea in the East, and Portugal in the West. Andalusia covers 17.3% of Spanish territory, 87.268 square km in total.
According to andalusia-travel, Andalusia is devided on the provinces: Cordoba, Granada, Seville, Jaen, Huelva, Cadiz, Malaga, Almeria. The region is extremelly popular with tourists. The most visited resort area is Costa del Sol, especially its capital Malaga city. However, another coastal resort areas, such us Costa Tropical, Costa Almeria and Costa de la Luz are also very popular.
