What is Andycapped?

The state of having Andrew in your group for a project. You are at a disadvantage before you are even given the assignment. Often charactarized by getting little to nothing done, and long, drawn-out periods of laughing at Andrew's expense.
Teacher: Alright class, today we will be starting a project, due at the end of the month.
Guy 1: Nose goes!
(Guy 2 and 3 put their fingers on their nose before guy 4.)
Guy 4: Son of a bitch! Andycapped again!
