What is Angry Apache?

When a girl is on her period and bleeding, somebody fingers her (preferably with two or more fingers). The fingerer then proceeds to slap the girl across the cheek and then follow up with a backhand slap, angering the girl and leaving streaks of blood from the fingers that appear as war paint.
