a toilet that splashes so hard it splashes the unsuspecting user as he or she is bending up from flushing the toilet.
Dorm room toilets are most common for this because it is in the skematics of them to literally be able to flush a brick down if necessary.
Man! that angry toilet just soaked me on the way out.
