What is Animatron?

Derived from "animatronics," it is a variation of the more traditional "robot" or "automaton." You can find them at Disney, in haunted houses, or in badass movies with crazy dead looking monsters and stuff. It's not on dictionary or m-w but f*ck them.
The banker on "Deal or No Deal" isn't a real person, he's an animatron.
