A person whom not only has an Annoying personality or acts in a manner that irritates most people they come into contact with but clearly has a low intelligents as well.
Most of these people tend to be either gay, a teenager or the retarded.
Those teenage girls are total annoydiots! They just would not shut up and leave me alone!
