The way a womanbehaves when she overreacts on something really insignificant and small, which doesn't necessarily has to be something that really happened, but that she made it up to support her behaviour, fantasy or hidden agenda.

for example: she all of a sudden claims that her ex-boyfriend cheated on her while they were dating, and acts bitchy and mean about it to him, and tells everyone about it only to prevent him from dating again.

it can also be used as a verb.

'did she pull an anoeska on you?'

'don't act like an anoeska now!'

'Why are you suddenly such an anoeska?'
