The organization originally founded by Neobuks and Mae Noelle to cast the downfall of Neopets. This has since been taken into two other eras. As of February 14, 2005, it is in the 2nd era. The current leader is Tezeti, and the co-leaders are Blackdove, Rodentberry, and Nemmy. Invented by Neobuks and Mae Noelle at an unknown date.
