What is Antitasking?

v. 1. Recuperating or resting. 2. To defer or cancel tasks in order to preserve mind and body. 3. To rebel against work and obligations. The opposite of multitasking.

I have my glass of wine and I'm heading to my easy chair, don't disturb me while I am antitasking.
