The Anxienty created by the proximity to a toilet. The closer you get to a toilet directly correlates and affects the need to evacuate.
"I knew I should not have eaten those tacos and drove to the airport, but damn if those bastards didn't start barking up until about one block away from the house. The Anxiepoop really kicked in when I walked through the door. I almost lost it two feet from the bathroom!"
