What is Apexer?

Someone who is so focused on school that their whole mindset is keyed in on grades, classes, extracurriculars, college, etc. etc. Their social life or a lack thereof consists of doing gay and prudish activities with other apexers.
That guy is such an apexer; he stays home some saturday nights to do homework.
