What is Appreacite?

One of those words that no matter how many times you type it you always spell wrong. It is almost entirely a phenomenon of the digital age in which the majority of written communication is produced through a series of strokes on a keyboard. While the term may also appear in hand-written or otherwise produced documentation, its occurrence there stems more from poor spelling skills than tactile misfires. See also
