What is Arabgino?

the same characteristics of a your typical gino (tight diesel jeans, puma jackets/shoes, fcuk shirts, over-jelled hair, slight metrosexual tendencies, travel in groups, and most importantly, a "hot" imported sports car), only arabic. be it egyptian, lebanese, etc. these are the ginos of the middle east.
person1: "find me somebody who can pay the bills!"
person 2: "you need an arabgino"
person 1: "arab who now?"
