What is Arajit?

An annoying childish idiot who continually bothers people at their place of work, with silly inane comments and a girlish laugh, and will not leave you alone until you leave said place of work. Notable for inappropriate bouts of laughter, and use of marigolds to help himself use the toilet.
Person: (Working quietly)
Arajit: (Girlish laugh followed by inane comment disturbing person).
Person: "Leave me alone"
