What is Arrte?
1.
1)alright, okay.
2) a word used to say "alright" when drunk, high, or just hyper at a party, night event, or away at prom weekend. Should say it in a high pitched, fast voice with a head nod or tilt, face stretched, and wide opened mouth.
3) a really excited "yes" means you are definite in response.
